What is a doc in msapp?
A Doc is a digital guide that provides all the information relating to your machines or equipment in order to operate and maintain them correctly and safely. The Docs may take the form of a Preventative, Corrective, Survey, Compliance / Safety, Operating procedure, Technical description or Machine installation / upgrade / shutdown guide.
Below is a 10-click walkthrough that will show you in detail how to create a Doc with msapp.
1 - From the "Home" menu, touch #MyDocs
2 - Touch the "+ Create Doc" in the bottom right end corner
3 - Touch the "Camera icon" to either
. take a picture or
. select one from your Library
4 - Enter the "Title" of the Doc. This field is mandatory. Then touch the "More Infos" button to roll out the following fields if required, otherwise go to "10"
5 - Select the "Doc type" required from the drop down
6 - Enter a "Description" or a "Note" for the Doc
7 - Enter the "Machine" concerned if required
8 - Enter the "Number of people" requested to conduct the work
9 - Enter your own "Custom number" if required
10 - Touch the "✔️" / "Tick icon" on the top right end corner to save and create your Doc
